File Attachments

Step 7: File Attachments #

The Files section lets you attach any files directly to this track record. This keeps all relevant documents in one place alongside your track metadata.

What You Can Attach #

  • Audio files (MP3, WAV, AIFF)
  • Stem files
  • Alternate mixes and edits.
  • Publishing contracts
  • Sync license agreements.
  • Lyric sheets
  • Sheet music or chord charts.
  • Any other relevant documents.

How to Attach Files #

  1. Scroll to the Files section at the bottom of the track form.
  2. Click the file attachment area or drag and drop your files.
  3. Select the files you want to attach (you can also drag and drop)
  4. Files will upload and attach to the track record.
Note: You can add audio and/or documents, but if you were uploading publishing contracts, work-for-hire agreements, etc, it might be best to upload them directly to the publisher, musician, writer, etc.

Note: Be sure to classify your main mix (main mixes are usually the full mix. The video above shows the user changing the main mix after uploading)
